WATERPROOFING
· Floor finished with a level sand screed and insulation to the of slab the on upper and penthouse floors with 5cm thick rigid rock wool panel with anti-impact edges to all the dwelling perimeters.
· Waterproofing to basement walls by imprinted membrane, asphalt sheeting adhered and mechanically fixed to the supporting structure and incorporating a PVC drainage pipe along the base of the wall.

FLOORINGS AND TILlNGS
· All dwellings will have cream ivory marble floors with skirting tile.
· Kitchen floors with "porcelanato" type tiles, pearl colour, shine finish.
· Terraces and porches with ceramic tiles.
